Do I need to eat this extra 400 cals? I am frightened that that adds up to make my TDEE - 15% to nearly 2500 cals. I am BF my 5 month old baby at the moment - I selected Breastfeeding from the food list on MFP and it gave me an extra 400 cals (she has one 4 oz bottle of formula a day so i didn't select the 500 cal option). Should I log my workouts on MFP and ignore that it asks me to eat extra unless I do an out of the ordinary big burn?
